Design Story
The front panel carries a winged shield emblem built from sharp angled lines and a suspension-bridge silhouette at its centre, embroidered in soft lilac against deep black. The scale is deliberate: the mark fills the crown's height without crowding the seams, so negative space frames it rather than competing with it. On the side panel, an arched 'GOLDEN STATE' over block 'VALKYRIES' lettering sits above a smaller bridge motif — a secondary layer that rewards a closer look while keeping the front as the clear focal point. The lilac brim lifts the whole silhouette, turning a two-colour palette into a visual hierarchy.
